PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data processed are: first and last name, telephone, address (address / residence), e-mail.

The completion by the Users of the forms on the site is equivalent to the unconditional acceptance that these data are included in the database of 2plus1.ro and with the use and processing by 2plus1.ro

COMMAND
By completing the Order the Customer guarantees that all the data provided are real and correct, otherwise he could bear the consequences of these errors (Delayed order, wrongly sent etc). 2plus1.ro cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered information, which may result in delays in delivery. In this context, all the shipping charges made in order to re-ship the Order will fall to the Customer.
By completing the Order, the Customer agrees that a 2plus1.ro representative will contact him by any available means agreed by the Parties (e-mail / telephone) for personal confirmation of the Order.
The confirmation of your order is done by sending an e-mail automatically to the address associated with the Client’s account. This email is just a confirmation of receipt of your order request from us. Your order is not fully completed until we send you an email that will notify you that the products have been shipped.
BILLING – PAYMENT
The price, the method of payment and the payment term are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue to the Customer an invoice for the delivered Products and Services, the Client’s obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force.
Payment can be refunded.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
For the products purchased from the 2plus1.ro online store, a guarantee is ensured in accordance with the Warranty Certificate for each product. The legal person providing the guarantee is the one mentioned on the Product Certification.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, the Client has the following obligations:
- the product has been purchased from 2plus1.ro and used only for the purpose for which it was designed;
- comply with the instructions for use and use the product according to the instructions imposed by the manufacturer;
- to keep the guarantee certificate and the fiscal document with which the product was purchased;
- to keep the original packaging and all the accessories that came in it, and to deliver them together with the product under warranty.
PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
For the products in stock, the delivery will be made according to the option of the Customer, by Courier. There is an interval of 12-24 hours between the registration of the Order and its taking over by the Courier. Any additional delays will be communicated to the Customer and a new delivery period will be agreed with him, which will not exceed the maximum term stipulated above.
In case the products are unavailable (including if the price or some characteristics of the products have undergone modifications subsequent to the order confirmation), 2plus1.ro will inform the Customer about the unavailability and the amounts that he has paid will be reimbursed within 14 days. The customer can confirm the changes made regarding the price or characteristics of the products, thus modifying the original order, and 2plus1.ro will deliver the products according to the order so modified.
PRODUCT RECEPTION
The customer undertakes to sign the delivery receipt (AWB) presented by the Courier when delivering the ordered products. In case the package is opened or shows traces of blows and other damage The client is requested to draw up a report with the Agent from the Courier company, in order to record any deficiencies or damages caused during the handling of the package.
By signing the delivery receipt (AWB) the Customer acknowledges the receipt in good condition and in full of the ordered products.
PRODUCT RETURN / CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Products purchased by distance contract can be returned according to O.G. 130/2000.
These can be returned, with the original packaging, with all the accessories and consumables and in the same condition in which they were received.
The return of the products will be done at your expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made.
Depending on your existing stock, SC P&B Extreme Recreation SRL offers you the following options:
- to replace the product with another of the same value
- to repair the product
- to return the value of the product, within 30 days of receiving it, the return conditions do not include the shipping costs.
Products with physical modifications, strokes, scratches, scratches, shocks or consumption (for consumables), etc. are not accepted for return.
SC P&B Extreme Recreation SRL assumes no responsibility for the handling, transport, assembly performed by the customer, nor does it accept the return of products that have defective results from these causes.
PAYMENT METHODS
